  1. Secret to the tuna here is use whatever canned tuna you want (cheapo water packed is fine) but drain well then emulsify with mayo (I use Kewpie) and a ton of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. About a quarter cup for a 9 ounce can of tuna.
  3. Scallions and celery for crunch and flavor.
