Simple Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Serves 4
Sub fresh herbs with dried — use 1 tsp dried dill and 1 tsp dried parsley. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. Works great with cedar plank grilling too.

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates well to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  4. Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook another 2–3 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork (internal temp 125–130°F for medium, 145°F for well done).
  5. Remove from grill and serve with extra lemon wedges.
