Slow Roasted Beef Tacos

Can be made in a Dutch oven or crockpot. Described as a "summer pot roast" vibe — citrusy, tender, versatile. Great for tacos, burrito bowls, burritos, or salads.

  1. In a skillet or Dutch oven, heat about 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Sear both sides of the chuck roast.
  2. Turn off heat (Dutch oven) or transfer meat to a crockpot.
  3. Add orange juice, bone broth, lime juice, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and all spices.
  4. Dutch oven: cook at 325°F for 3–4 hours until meat is falling apart. Crockpot: cook on low for 6 hours. Occasionally spoon juices over the meat while cooking.
  5. Shred and toss in the juices. Serve in tacos, burrito bowls, burritos, or salads.
