  1. Mix jalapeños and onions into the beef patties before cooking.
  2. Get a perfect sear on the jalapeño onion patties on a hot griddle or skillet.

  4. Steam Martin's potato rolls.
  5. Cover the bottom bun with the New School American cheese spread.
  6. Place two patties on the bottom bun.
  7. Top the top bun with burger sauce.
